Functions/Features:

1. Set an allowable mount points or drive letter for newly connected drives.

2. A Whitelisted drive can be able change it's mount point or drive letter.

3. If a newly connected drive's mount point or drive letter is not listed or not

   specified in config.ini's 'AllowedMountPoints', then the drive will be automatically

   safely remove or disconnected.
