Single HandyCache (Bypass 5 Users Limit)

Simple guide on how we can bypass 5 users limit in HandyCache.

1 HandyCache running in one PC (Server)

 All browsing will be proxified or redirected to ccproxy 
and then cached by HandyCache. All games 
not using port 80 or 443 will be direct connection.

Setup: Using proxifier, create rules that redirects 
outgoing connections (HTTP and HTTPS) 
to CCProxy (Cascading Proxy) to HandyCache.
